SHIPPING POLICY 

Processing Time

Every item is made-to-order — no mass production. 
Please allow 7–14 business days for your order to be created, quality checked, and prepared for shipping.
Processing time doesn’t include weekends or holidays.

If we’re moving faster, you’ll see it in your tracking email.


Shipping Times

Once your order leaves our hands, delivery typically takes:

  • U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days

Delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, Mercury retrograde, etc., are outside our control — but we’ll always help however we can.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
We don’t inflate shipping — you pay what it actually costs.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
If you don’t see it, check your spam folder or promotions tab.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your order is scanned by the carrier, it’s literally out of our hands.
If your package is marked “delivered” but missing, please:

  1. Check with neighbors

  2. Check around your property

  3. Contact your local post office or carrier

If nothing turns up, email us — we’ll work with you to find the best solution. We don’t leave humans hanging.


Wrong Address Policy

Please double-check your shipping address when checking out.
If you entered the wrong address and the package ships, we can’t intercept it.
If it gets returned to us, we’ll reship it — shipping fees apply.
