Returns & Exchanges
You have 14 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return or exchange.

We’ll send you next steps within 48–72 hours.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll email you a confirmation.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you want to swap for a different size or item, we’ll process it as soon as your return is received.
If the item you want is sold out, you can choose:

A refund (minus shipping)
Damaged or Wrong Item
Humans (and machines) aren’t perfect.
If your order arrives damaged, flawed, or incorrect:

Email us within 7 days of delivery

Attach clear photos

We’ll replace it immediately — no hassle, no debates
Final Sale Items
Some items may be marked Final Sale (usually limited drops).
These cannot be returned or refunded unless damaged or incorrect.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

Wrong Address or Unclaimed Packages
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or being unclaimed:
